Auction Sales Policy:  
Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item.  If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion.
 Shipping Details:  
We offer a very fast shipping service, to United Kingdom addresses only. Usually within 2 working days of receipt of cleared funds. In order to provide this service, we have staff who regularly visit the Post Office 6 days a week. The cost of this service together with general packaging expenses is reflected in our Postage and Packaging charges.

Your item will be hand wrapped in white paper. Since we switched to hand wrapping over jiffy bags, we obviously spend more time preparing the item for shipping, but we have found a marked decrease in items reported as "lost in the post".

 Feedback:  
We leave positive feedback on all payments received up to 7 days after the end of Auction. Payments received after this date will receive either a neutral feedback or no feedback at all. Non Paying Bidders will be reported after 7 days and an unpaid item dispute filed. We no longer automatically issue Negative feedback to non payers because of childish retaliation. It's the buyers duty to make payment, it isn't the sellers duty to collect it.

Returns:  
If you are unhappy about the item you have won, please email us in the first instance. We will do our best to get back to you within 48hours. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will accept return (at buyers cost), within 14 days for full refund.

If you feel that the item has been wrongly described, please let us know. We are only human and sometimes we ship out the wrong product or use the wrong listing template.
