We are situated on the Prestigious
Lindfields residential development Quiet, yet only a few minutes from Disney and
the Interstate 4 which is the main road to all the major attractions and the
airports. Sleeps up to 10 people with ease plus a pullout sofa bed in the
living room and can sleep 2 more. 4 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3 full bathrooms
fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, cable TV in most
rooms, TV, DVD and video in family room, large heated pool (15x30) with extended
pool deck full sized screened pool enclosure (will not affect your suntan!)
luxuriously furnished throughout, There is a computer for you to use with free
internet access, telephone with free local calls. Close to interstate 4,
192 and only 5 miles from Disney & other major attractions, with the new
celebrations & championship golf courses nearby
As you walk into the living room you
can see the fantastic pool through the large patio doors. There is a three
seater sofa bed & two seater sofa plus a single armchair with footstall
should you need to rest your weary feet after all the walking around the Disney
parks. A TV unit houses a large TV, video and a cd music system.
If you look up at the vaulted
ceilings you can see the sky through two lovely glass windows in the roof, a
doorway on the right takes you into the kitchen / family room & a doorway on
the left goes to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The family room has two three seater
sofas, and my favourite, jungle chair and footstool. A TV unit houses a
large TV, video and DVD player there is a collection of DVD's, video's &
books for you to watch and read. There is a patio door that looks out
onto the large covered pool deck and pool area
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a
large oven with grill, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer that serves
you with cold filtered water & crushed ice or ice cubes from the door. We
have a toaster, electric can opener, filter coffee machine and electric kettle.
We have also taken out a teapot & would advise you to take teabags &
instant coffee with you as these are difficult to buy. Tins of baked beans also
seem to be expensive. If you have any questions about other types of food
available please ask us, we know what its like to take fussy children on holiday
A first aid kit can be found on top
of the freezer which you are free to use should you need to however if an item
is running low we would ask you to replace it so that its always replenished
ready for the next family.
The electric sockets have
child covers and all the outside back doors to the pool have door alarms so that
the children cannot go out to the pool without you knowing, please make sure you
leave these alarms on.
A breakfast table with four chairs
is also in the kitchen area along with the telephone and computer with internet
access, dining table seats up to 8 people
with a further 4 places in the kitchen area
As you enter the villa the formal
dining room is on your right There is a large table with seats for eight people.
A china display cabinet contains more cutlery & crockery should you need it.
The overhead light dims should you
wish to have a romantic meal.
From the queen size sleigh bed you
can watch the TV video or maybe have a late night swim from your own patio door
overlooking the fantastic pool. The bedroom has a dresser & two nightstands
& door to the en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. most rooms have
air conditioning

shower twin sink for him and her, and a separate room with wc toilet There is a
large walk-in wardrobe as you enter the bathroom on your left and a door to the
garden area please keep door locked and alarm on if you have young children

shower (suitable for the elderly and handicaped), single sink unit & wc
toilet
The second master bedroom has a
queen bed, dresser, chest of drawers & 2 night stands with a built in
wardrobe, all bedrooms have air con and master bedrooms also have ceiling fans
also there is a 19" colour tv with cable.
There is a cot
under the bed, playpen, changing mat and stroller all which are free of
use, also there is a highchair in
the kitchen.
There is air conditioning and
over head fan to keep you cool during those hot nights
The twin bedded room has two single
beds with bedside tables and bedside lamps. There
is a double built in wardrobe and a Tv with cable is in here so you can watch
the late night films. A feature window to the
front of the house gives you a lovely view of the night sky.
The children's room has obviously a
Walt Disney theme with a shelf full of toys, puzzles, games and books to play
with. There is a bunk bed with a single bunk on top and a double bunk below. The
children may choose their favourite Disney character quilt cover to go on the
bed from several in the linen cupboard including Mickey mouse, Tigger, Buzz Lightyear
and bugs life. We have taken Nritish lightweight quilts to the villa as American
bedding means having a top sheet and comforter which from experience we have
found the children tie themselves up in the night.
There is also a small table for the
children to sit and draw or play at, a dalmation night light on the shelf
watches them sleep and a Mickey mouse alarm clock can get them up should they
need it.
Fully equipped with cot, high-chair,
playpen, pushchair changing mat and toys all free of charge for you to use.
Our garden is fully fenced for your
privacy
Most of your days will be spent in
the theme parks, but don't forget to have a few days rest relaxing in our
wonderful enclosed south facing pool. We provide pool toys & arm bands. As
we all know too much sunshine can be a dangerous thing so we have a large
covered pool deck area with ceiling light, big enough for the children to
play and for you to rest in the shade.
There is table & 8 chairs also 2
sun loungers for you to relax on, Our fully enclosed back garden has swing set
for the younger ones and a basketball net for the young at heart.
We also have our own orange tree
which you are welcome to pick your own oranges when
they are ripe. Smoking is only permitted in
the pool and garden areas, please make sure
you use ash trays provided & clean up as extra cleaning will be deducted out
of security deposit.
our new hot
tub spa 5 / 6 person tub with 52 jets adjust to where
you need them most to soothe away those aches from all
that walking around the parks, it has a foot massage
with 4 high speed jets to give you a relaxing foot
massage the temperature can go up to 104f but the
recommended temp is 94f
This tub
comes with a Tri-Zone Therapy System allows for three
controllable areas in the hot tub. The valve can be
adjusted for the precise pressure in the three zones.
The value setting is held in place by a detent built
into the value-body. The Hi-flow pump pressure is
directed to a zone or shared in increments to all zones.
Tri-Zone Therapy gives you control of the jets in the
hot tub.
